An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

The county's slash-mulch and green yard waste site at 5675 Delva Way in Sedalia takes brush, grass, leaves, natural mulch, pine needles, pinecones, sawdust, shrubs, sod, tree limbs and weeds year round with no appointment, as long as the load is covered and none of it is lumber, pallets, dirt, stumps, construction debris or anything with nails or wire. Where does old paint go?+
Paint is accepted free at the GreenWorks household hazardous waste drop-off with an appointment, within the container limits, and the county also points to the statewide paint stewardship program, where most drop-off sites take up to five gallons a visit and all paint retailers accept smaller quantities for free.
