Place the mattress neatly with the large-item load during the allowed evening-to-morning window. Call the hotline about special wrapping, an oversized bed or a load above the weekly limit.
Set large items neatly at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before and by 6 a.m. on the scheduled garbage day. Limit the household pile to three cubic yards. Keep yard waste, carts and large items separate and leave utility access clear.

The weekly limit is three cubic yards. Refrigerant-containing appliances and household hazardous waste need separate routes.

No desks, office chairs, armoires, china cabinets, wall units, hutches, buffets, large entertainment centers, headboards, footboards, day/trundle/bunk beds or floral sofas. Pickup requires ground-floor items and approval of a ZIP code within both 25 miles and a 30-minute drive.
Donation drop-off Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; confirm holiday arrangements.
Confirm drop-off acceptance and any applicable charge. Optional pickup has a $25 minimum charge and geographic/ground-floor conditions; it is not an automatic service at every address.

Can you pick up my old mattress when my new one arrives?+
You can choose an offered pickup day around your replacement delivery. First check whether the retailer already includes old-mattress removal, and arrange who will bring it outside if needed. Dropcurb books a pickup day, not the retailer’s delivery window. Contact us before booking if access is limited to a short time.
