Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

How does yard waste go out?+
Yard waste is collected once a week at the curb and includes grass clippings, tree limbs and branches, palm fronds, leaves, fallen fruit and dead plants and flowers. It goes in a container of 50 pounds or less or in bundles no heavier than 50 pounds and no longer than six feet, up to 50 pounds of unbundled palm fronds may be set out, and fencing and ornamental wood borders are not yard waste and go in the regular garbage.Official guidance

To the Construction and Demolition Debris Recycling Facility at 10550 Buckingham Rd in Fort Myers, open Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to noon, with every load checked in at the Scale House.
