Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material

Not on the regular city route

Construction and demolition debris is refused at the curb and at the city drop-off site, and the city states it keeps no list of recommended construction drop-off sites.

City cost & eligibility
The City of Cape Coral does not offer a residential construction debris route, refuses construction material at both the curbside bulk collection and the Kismet Parkway drop-off site, and publishes no recommended drop-off list, so a project load needs a private or out-of-city site arranged by the resident or contractor.
When & how
Arrange a private or municipal construction debris site directly, because neither the curbside bulk collection nor the city drop-off site accepts the material.
Get it ready
Keep concrete blocks, pavers, concrete, masonry, tile, roofing, discarded building materials, dirt, stone and land clearing material out of the bulk pile entirely. Incidental items such as a screen, steel or wood door, shower door, toilet, small drywall piece or a panel up to two feet by two feet are the only building materials the bulk list allows.

The drop-off site and the two annual events

The bulk waste drop-off site at 1200 Kismet Parkway takes bulky waste, white goods and horticultural waste from residents only, Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the entrance off NW 14th Avenue and proof of residency possibly requested. It refuses regular garbage and recyclables, construction debris, and household chemical waste, paints and liquids. The two annual city events with Waste Pro and Lee County run from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on November 7, 2026 at the City Hall parking lot on 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard and on May 1, 2027 across from City Hall at 1020 Cultural Park Boulevard, taking chemicals, electronics, batteries, automotive oil and gas and propane tanks, with no white goods accepted.

Use the Kismet Parkway bulk drop-off site

A Cape Coral household with too much bulky waste for one curbside pile, or with white goods or horticultural waste to drop off.

Cost & conditions
No charge. Described by the city as an optional complementary service for residential use only, with proof of residency possibly required.
Arrange it
Drive to 1200 Kismet Parkway, using the entrance off NW 14th Avenue on the west side of the North Cape Government Complex, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on a Tuesday through Saturday.

Regular garbage and recyclables, construction debris, household chemical waste, paints and liquids are all refused, commercial businesses are not permitted, and the site is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

With a new purchase

Arrange a private site for construction debris

A household or contractor with concrete, masonry, tile, roofing or other construction and demolition debris.

Cost & conditions
The city refuses construction debris on the curbside bulk collection and at the drop-off site and publishes no recommended drop-off list, so the price comes from whichever private or municipal site the resident or contractor arranges.
Arrange it
Contact a private disposal site or a municipal site outside the city's programmes, and confirm the accepted material and the charge before loading.

Only incidental building materials such as a screen, a steel or wood door, a shower door, a toilet, small drywall pieces or a panel up to two feet by two feet are allowed with the household bulk pile, so a project load must go elsewhere.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Cape Coral has one curbside route and two drop-off paths. Bulk waste, garbage, recycling and yard waste are all collected on the same day, so furniture, mattresses, televisions, exercise machines and white goods go out with the regular run within three feet of the road, never stacked and never over 150 pounds per item, and a replaced appliance can also be booked as a free white goods pickup through Waste Pro on 239-337-0800. Anything that will not wait or will not fit goes to the city bulk waste drop-off site at 1200 Kismet Parkway, entered off NW 14th Avenue, open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for residents only, which takes bulky waste, white goods and horticultural waste but refuses garbage, recyclables, construction debris and chemicals. Chemicals, paint, liquids, fluorescent tubes, electronics, batteries, automotive oil and gas and propane tanks go to Lee County's facility at 6441 Topaz Court in Fort Myers, open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the first Saturday of the month from 8 a.m. to noon, or to the city's events on the first Saturday in May and November at City Hall. Construction and demolition debris has no city route at all, so a project load needs a private or out-of-city site. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Cape Coral.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Cape Coral?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Cape Coral?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Can construction debris go out with the Cape Coral bulk pile?

No. Construction and demolition debris including concrete blocks, pavers, concrete, masonry, tile and roofing is on the unacceptable bulk list, and the Kismet Parkway drop-off site refuses construction debris even when a resident generated it. The city states that it does not maintain a list of recommended construction debris drop-off sites and encourages residents to find a private or municipal site instead.Official guidance

Who collects trash and bulk waste in Cape Coral?

Waste Pro collects residential trash, recycling, yard waste and bulk waste under contract with the city, and answers on 239-337-0800. Bulk waste goes out on the same day as the other streams, the city runs the bulk waste drop-off site on Kismet Parkway, and Lee County runs the household chemical waste and electronics facility on Topaz Court.Official guidance

What will the Cape Coral bulk collection not take?

Vehicles, boats and vehicle components, automotive batteries, commercial truck tires, liquid waste including paint, hazardous and industrial waste, construction and demolition debris such as concrete blocks, pavers and roofing, trees, stumps and limbs over four inches thick or six feet long, stone, dirt and land clearing material, whole hot tubs, bathtubs, propane tanks, gas cans, fence sections, insulation, patio doors, nonresidential or contractor waste, central air units and any single item over 150 pounds.Official guidance

What can I take to the Kismet Parkway drop-off site?

Bulky waste over 50 pounds or too big for a cart, white goods such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, and horticultural waste with branches under four inches thick and six feet long. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for residents only, with the entrance off NW 14th Avenue, and it refuses regular garbage and recyclables, construction debris, household chemical waste, paints and liquids.Official guidance
