Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Building material and construction debris

Special rules apply

The city does not take construction material on the weekly route, but it does run the Community Clean-up twice a year, and that event accepts steel, glass that has been taped, lumber, wallboard, small home improvements, roofing material, pipe, large tree stumps and yard waste up to six yards. Concrete, masonry and mixed demolition debris are not named on any city list, so those are confirmed separately.

City cost & eligibility
No charge. No event fee is published for the Community Clean-up, and any item placed in a container must weigh no more than fifty pounds. The event is curbside and follows the household's normal garbage route pairs, and it is not a commercial or contractor service.
When & how
The 2026 dates are Saturday, February 14 and Saturday, September 12 for Monday and Thursday routes and Saturday, February 21 and Saturday, September 19 for Tuesday and Friday routes, with everything curbside before 7 a.m. on the event day. Haulers will not come back for material put out late.
Get it ready
Tape glass before it goes out and keep each container to fifty pounds, because the event prints both rules. Keep concrete, masonry and any material not on the accepted list out of the pile, and remember that appliances and ordinary household garbage are refused at the event, as are paint, tires and household hazardous waste.

The Community Clean-up has its own dates, weight limit and refusal list

The twice-yearly Community Clean-up takes steel, taped glass, lumber, wallboard, small home improvements, roofing material, pipe, large tree stumps and up to six yards of yard waste, with everything curbside before 7 a.m. on the event day and haulers who will not return for late items. Nothing in a container may weigh more than fifty pounds. Appliances and ordinary household garbage are refused at the event and should go out with the regular collection, and paint, tires and household hazardous waste are refused too and belong at the county transfer station instead.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Casselberry's curbside system does most of the work. Garbage is collected twice a week on either a Monday and Thursday or a Tuesday and Friday route, recycling once a week, and yard waste on Wednesdays, with cans and bins out before 6 a.m., no more than three feet from the road and under fifty pounds. Furniture, mattresses and box springs are put out on the second garbage day of the week inside a three to four large item limit and with no call needed, while appliances have to be booked with Public Works for a Tuesday or Thursday pickup. Twice a year the city runs a curbside Community Clean-up that takes steel, taped glass, lumber, wallboard, roofing material, pipe, large tree stumps and up to six yards of yard waste, with a fifty pound container limit, and that event refuses appliances, ordinary household garbage, paint, tires and household hazardous waste. For everything refused at the curb, the self-haul answer is Seminole County: the household hazardous waste tunnel at the Central Transfer Station, 1950 State Road 419 in Longwood, open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., takes chemicals, paints, solvents, pesticides, pool products, mercury devices, fluorescent tubes, motor oil, antifreeze, batteries, propane, sealed sharps and household electronics free from residents of incorporated cities, with a reuse shop offering good products back at no charge. Tires are taken there within a four tire per person limit or at the county landfill in Geneva within a ten tire per person limit, charged per tire, with oversized tires priced by weight. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Casselberry.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Casselberry?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Casselberry?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
