Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Exercise equipment is not named on the Lake Mary bulk list, although bicycles are, so a treadmill or weight machine is confirmed with Waste Pro rather than assumed to be a bulk item. Get it ready
Describe the machine and its weight when calling, take the deck and handles down as far as they will go, and keep loose weights with the frame so two people can handle the pieces. Do not use the garbage or recycling cart for any part of it, because both carts are city property and only cart-sized material belongs in them.
Bulk and yard trash go out the business day after the normal collection day
Bulk items and yard trash are both collected on the next business day after the normal garbage and recycling day. Bulk waste is capped at four cubic yards and every piece has to be light enough for two people to lift, with furniture, appliances and bicycles as the city's examples, and no call is needed unless a Special Service is requested. Yard trash is bundled or bagged, within four cubic yards or ten bags per residence each week, with bundles no longer than four feet and no wider than six inches and nothing over fifty pounds; material that does not meet the standard gets a noncollection notice and may be billed as a Special Service.

This is the paid route for anything that exceeds the standard service, so the ordinary bulk and yard trash limits no longer apply and the charge scales with the volume. Material the city refuses curbside altogether, such as electronics, chemicals, tires and construction debris, cannot be moved into a Special Service load.

How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
