An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Watch the city page for the next Spring Cleanup dates, then place items curbside by 7 a.m. on the regular garbage day during the window. The 2026 window ran from March 2 to 13, with the last pickup on Thursday, March 12 for the west side of I-4 and Friday, March 13 for the east side.
The window is two weeks a year, items left out after crews pass on the last day are not collected, tree trimmings must be under ten feet long and three feet thick, leaves must be bagged, and electronics, tires, propane tanks, paint, motor oil, pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals and other hazardous waste are refused.

Arrange it
Call (407) 571-8607 or email the division during office hours from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, describe the items, pay the charge, and then place everything curbside between the curb and the sidewalk on the scheduled day.
The charge is a minimum rather than a flat price, and the same refusals apply: electronics, tires, propane tanks, paint, motor oil, pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals and other hazardous waste are not collected. Items must be curbside between the curb and the sidewalk and clear of poles, mailboxes and trees.
Class I and Class II waste, yard waste, construction and demolition debris, asbestos by appointment, waste tires with a limit of ten per person, white goods and appliances, boats after an inspection with hazardous materials removed, and used oil, oil filters, lead-acid batteries and propane tanks.
Asbestos needs an appointment, boats need a hazardous material inspection before the trip, oversized tires are charged by weight, and the site takes automotive fluid and tires only from the household hazardous waste programme rather than the full chemical list. Covered loads pay the standard rate and uncovered loads pay twice it.
Daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cash and credit cards are accepted, though credit card connectivity at the landfill can occasionally be limited.
From $41.63 per ton for Class I waste at the covered rate, with yard waste at the same rate and uncovered loads at twice the covered rate. Seminole County residents at the county landfill, where residential rates apply and household hazardous waste and electronics are free.
