Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

When & how

Get it ready
Keep the pile to furniture, empty large boxes, small household items and the small remodel pieces the operator names, such as a toilet, a small cabinet or cut up rolls of carpet within the ten roll limit. Keep yard waste, garbage, hazardous products and fence, lumber or construction type debris out of the bulk pile.
Garbage, recycling, yard trash and bulk items all go out by 6:30 a.m. on the service day, or the night before. Bins sit within six feet of the curb with the wheels facing the house and the lid opening toward the street, and stay three feet away from mailboxes, parked vehicles, fire hydrants, trees, poles and other bins.
Bulk items and appliances are scheduled with Waste Pro on 407-774-0800, option 1. Bulk shares the yard waste day, appliances run on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the request in by 3:00 p.m. the day before, and an item already at the curb is scheduled and removed within three business days of the call.
Yard waste goes out separately and within the limits
Yard waste covers grass, leaves, shrubs, tree trimmings and palm fronds, goes out bagged, containerized or in tied bundles, and is never mixed with garbage or recycling. Bags and bundles stay under 50 pounds, limbs stay under four feet long and three inches thick, up to 10 to 12 bags, bundles or cans go out on the yard waste day, and palm fronds may be neatly stacked.

How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
