Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

City cost & eligibility
The City publishes no rate for an item it does not name. Exercise equipment is not in the City bulk examples, which are refrigerators, washers and dryers, toilets and sinks, so call Waste Management on 561-471-6110 and confirm whether the machine is accepted and what it counts as before it goes out.
When & how
Confirm with Waste Management first, then use the weekly bulk schedule, with nothing out before noon the day before and everything at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the collection day.
Get it ready
Describe the machine when you call, including whether it folds down and how much curb space it takes, and take off any loose weights or console so the crew can handle it. Break down what comes apart and keep the pieces together in one pile rather than setting them out on separate days.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.
