We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.
Doors
Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

City cost & eligibility
The county publishes processable disposal at 130.00 per ton and non processable at 69.00 per ton, with a minimum charge of 10 percent of the applicable rate when a transaction is 200 pounds or less, but it classifies a load at the facility scales, so confirm what a construction load will be charged by calling Solid Waste Customer Service at 813-272-5680 before hauling.

Take the load to a county transfer station or the Southeast County Landfill during facility hours, after calling to confirm the classification and the rate that applies.
Get it ready
The curbside bulky list covers individual household pieces such as doors, cabinets, a fence section, bagged insulation, carpet and 10 bags of solid waste, but it is not a construction haul, so keep a project load separate and deliver it to a county facility at the published rates. Separate yard and wood waste from mixed debris, because yard and wood waste processing has its own 65.00 per ton non processable rate.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in University?+

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?+
Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.
Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Most items are 30.00 each, including any size mattress, a bed frame and box springs, furniture, an exercise machine, a residential microwave, a lawn mower with no oil or gas, disassembled swing sets, a television under 50 inches and up to 13 bags of insulation. What can I take to a Community Collection Center?+
Batteries for any county resident with a photo ID, bulky waste and appliances for a county solid waste customer with a photo ID and property tax bill, paint and electronics for any county resident with a photo ID, tires for a county solid waste customer within 12 a year, and recycling with no ID. Bulky waste has to be unloaded by hand, no dump trailers are allowed, and the allowance is 10 cubic yards a year, so ask the attendants how much is left.Official guidance
Where do paint and chemicals go in University?+

Up to 12 tires a year are included with the annual assessment for a county solid waste customer at a Community Collection Center, with a photo ID and a copy of the property tax bill required.
