Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Exercise equipment is not named in the hauler's bulk examples, which cover appliances, furniture, sofas, mattresses and white goods, so a treadmill or weight machine has to be confirmed with the hauler before it is set out.
City cost & eligibility
No published list names exercise equipment, so call Waste Pro at 407-774-0800 to confirm whether the machine can go out as bulk within the two cubic yard limit, or whether it needs the quoted special pickup.

Get it ready
Break the machine down where you can, remove any console or battery pack, and keep it inside the pile limit with nothing leaning on a mailbox or hydrant.
Household garbage is collected twice a week on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday, recycling once a week, and yard waste once a week on Wednesday, and everything goes to the curb by 7 a.m. No service runs on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, and the next regularly scheduled day picks up the missed collection.
Sofas, mattresses, furniture and appliances are collected free of charge as bulk, usually on the second pickup day, provided the material is not commercial debris, is at the curbside, and takes the crew no more than fifteen minutes to collect. White goods such as washers and dryers are scheduled ahead with the hauler at 407-774-0800, and requests can also go through the hauler's request form or the city at 407-327-5996.

No charge. Included with residential service through the city's Waste Pro franchise, collected free of charge on the second pickup day for non commercial debris at the curb within the two cubic yard or fifteen bag limit.

Dropcurb pickup starts outside. Arrange indoor carrying, stairs and any dismantling needed to get your equipment out before pickup. Check the moving instructions for your exact model and arrange suitable help. We load and haul away the equipment from an accessible outdoor spot.
Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.
Will the bulk collection take a treadmill?+
