Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Break the machine down where it can be handled, keep it out of the city cart, and take off any console or battery pack so the battery can go to the hazardous waste route rather than the landfill.
Bulk solid waste and large yard piles need a call to 311 at (706) 653-4000 for a scheduled pickup, and the city will not collect a mixed pile, so keep the material to one type. Limbs cut for collection have to be under four feet long and under six inches across, and a cut down tree needs a separate Tree for Fee request that the resident has to ask for and authorise.
Both landfills take waste only from Muscogee County or Columbus with proof of residency, and a contractor also has to show proof of where the job is done. Loads have to be one type of material, because mixed loads are not permitted and the site does not separate for you, and paint and batteries are prohibited, with empty or completely dried paint cans allowed after the described solidification procedure.

Arrange it
