A resident pays by weight for garbage, construction debris and yard waste, with a higher charge for a heavier load and a separate tier for non resident and commercial loads, while appliances and cooling units with the freon lines cut and removed, computers, glass, paper, cardboard, metals, plastic bottles, batteries, used motor oil and cooking oil are listed at no charge.
