An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

The rate covers weekly trash and recycling with bulk and white goods pickups scheduled in advance, limited to two bulk or white goods requests a week, and the haulers cannot take the county's unacceptable waste list, which includes construction debris, chemicals, batteries, compressed gas cylinders, tires, treated wood and paint that has not been solidified.
