The Recycling Center charges construction material by the ton with a minimum per load, so clean concrete, unpainted untreated lumber and mixed construction debris are kept apart, and loose insulation is bagged. Electronics are weighed on arrival at forty-five cents a pound, so bringing the devices separately keeps the charge clear. Payment is required at the time of service and scavenging is prohibited, and household garbage, ashes, asbestos, ammunition, dead animals, dirt, soil, fire-damaged material and fireworks are refused.
