Cooling appliances are the restricted case: the district's fee page opens by suspending refrigerators and coolant items while a later section on the same page lists refrigerant items as currently free.
The Clark County Recycling District prices all electronics at 0.45 per pound for residents, by appointment at its Charlestown office, with metal appliances the one stated exception because those are free. The transfer station refuses televisions and electronics outright, so the district office is the published route.
