The set-out is limited to 10 cubic yards and to residential use, items have to be stacked or bagged neatly with at least 3 feet of clearance from carts, vehicles, mailboxes and utility poles, and the pile cannot block a sidewalk, driveway or storm drain. Containers may not go out before 3 PM the day before collection and must be off the curb by the end of collection day.
