$15 for annual first-visit administration charge for four disposal vouchers. Omaha city residents only; request the City program before dumping and bring two qualifying proofs. Maximum four visits per calendar year. Cars under two cubic yards typically use one voucher; pickups, vans or trailers under five cubic yards typically use two. Extra size/weight charges may apply, including scale pricing over 1,500 pounds. Lost vouchers are not replaced.

Ask about the mattress condition and any box spring. Follow the proof, tarp and unloading-safety requirements.
Confirm address eligibility and the exact load before traveling. For River City, bring two qualifying proofs, ask for the City program before dumping, cover the load and bring a hard hat and safety vest for unloading outside the vehicle.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

This is an occasional event, not home pickup or everyday drop-off. No unloading assistance. Keep batteries, hazardous material, rocks, concrete and ordinary garbage out; confirm the exact appliance. Remove batteries from powered equipment.

City subsidy requires an Omaha address and two current proofs from different categories: vehicle registration, state-issued ID, OPPD bill or MUD bill. Names and street addresses must match; bills must be recent. Ask for the City program before dumping, as there are no later refunds. Tarp loads; wear a hard hat and safety vest outside the vehicle. Cashless; commercial haulers or unsuitable loads may be refused.
Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday: 6 a.m.–1 p.m. from Easter to Thanksgiving; 7–11:30 a.m. from Thanksgiving to Easter. Confirm closures and receiving before travel.

Is my box spring or bed frame included in mattress removal?+
The mattress price covers the mattress only. Add your box spring, bed frame or adjustable base separately if those are going too. Choose the size and type that match each item. The combined price appears before booking.
Will you carry my mattress downstairs or out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. You arrange to move the mattress out of your apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load it and take it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Check your building’s access rules before arranging the move outside.
Can you pick up my old mattress when my new one arrives?+
You can choose an offered pickup day around your replacement delivery. First check whether the retailer already includes old-mattress removal, and arrange who will bring it outside if needed. Dropcurb books a pickup day, not the retailer’s delivery window. Contact us before booking if access is limited to a short time.
Do four vouchers cover four pickup-truck loads?+
