An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

When & how
Call the recycling coordinator first, then put the machine out on Thursday night if it is a metal item or on a Sunday, Wednesday or Friday night if it is not, always after 7:30 p.m. or after 9 p.m. in the Limited Business Area.
Get it ready
Strip the machine down as far as it comes apart, remove or tape any battery pack, and keep the pieces together so the crew can see what the load is. Never put the machine in a recycling bin, because the commingled bin takes only plastics numbered 1, 2 and 5 with glass, cartons and metal, and the Thursday bin is for paper and cardboard.
