Mattresses are named on the township's non-metal bulk list, so they go out on the monthly scheduled collection. The Recycling Convenience Center's accepted list does not name mattresses, so the scheduled pickup is the published route.

Garbage, recyclables and bulky items go to the curb by 6:30 a.m. on the collection day, and empty containers come back in by 9 p.m. that same day. Non-automated addresses may set containers out after 7 p.m. the night before, and robo containers belong in the roadway with the wheels and hinge facing the house, four feet clear of anything else and nothing on top.
