Cleveland’s City collection serves single-family homes and residential buildings with up to four units. Monthly bulk week has a shared item limit and preparation rules. Computer recycling, TVs and project debris need their own arrangements.

Requester must own the property. Placement needs 40 feet of length; a driveway needs ten feet of width and 15 feet of overhead clearance. No overflowing load or more than ten tons. No concrete, pavers, roof shingles, appliances, electronics, batteries, auto parts, tires, drums, liquids, chemicals, asbestos or other hazardous waste.

Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Do mattresses and cloth couches need wrapping?+
