Everything else that is too big for a cart belongs on the city route: bulk items go out with the regular collection after they are disassembled, stripped of screws and nails, and prepared the way the city asks, with mattresses wrapped in plastic, carpet cut and tied, and no appliance that still holds refrigerant. Construction and demolition debris has no local route, because the city publishes none and the county refuses that material outright.
