Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Roofing, materials and wood from remodeling, privacy or other fencing are on the city's list of items the crews do not pick up, and bags of dirt, rocks or concrete are refused with them, while the bulky page names appliances, furniture and green waste rather than construction material.
City cost & eligibility
The city does not publish a construction rate for households on the pages read, and the bulky service is priced by volume with a minimum and a maximum. Get it ready
Keep dirt, rocks and concrete out of the bags going to the curb, separate clean board and roofing from mixed household trash, and stack what is going to the landfill so it can be tarped and tipped as a single load.
The black refuse cart and the blue recycling cart go to the curb by 6 a.m. on the service day, which runs Monday through Thursday by area of the city. Trash has to be bagged and tied inside the cart, recycling goes loose, clean and dry, the cart is limited to 336 pounds, and a cart that is too heavy or has items sticking out may be left unserviced.
Hazardous waste of any type is refused, including oil, liquid paint, batteries, tires, gun ammunition or powder, fuel and propane tanks, so those items go to the Tulsa household pollutant facility with a voucher or to the M.e.t. center. Roofing and remodeling wood, fencing, bags of dirt, rocks or concrete, needles outside a proper container, televisions, monitors, microwaves and tires are also barred from the carts and, for the electronics and tires, from the bulky pickup as well.

Cost & conditions
No charge. Each solid waste customer can request two passes a year, delivered as a QR code, and use them at the Waste Management Quarry Landfill at no charge. A driver's license has to match the name on the pass, the passes expire at the end of the calendar year, and the landfill's own restrictions apply to the load.
Arrange it
Request the pass through the city form, wait for the QR code, load the household waste, and take it to the Waste Management Quarry Landfill at 13720 E. 46th St. North with the license used on the request.
Batteries, compressed gas cylinders, fluorescent bulbs, hazardous material, liquids such as paint, gasoline and used oil, tires and untreated medical waste are all refused, and an appliance with refrigerant needs documentation that a licensed technician removed it.
Household waste brought on a city landfill pass, with the pass presented as a QR code and the driver's license matching the name on it. Refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers and other Freon containing items are accepted with documentation that a licensed CFC technician removed the refrigerant.
Batteries, compressed gas cylinders, fluorescent light bulbs, hazardous materials, liquids such as liquid paint, gasoline and used oil, tires and untreated medical waste are all refused, and the passes expire at the end of the calendar year. Loads have to arrive with the pass and the matching identification.
