When & how
Call 918-259-6570 first, then book the bulky pickup through the city form and set the machine out on the assigned day.
Get it ready
Take the machine down as far as it will come apart, keep the loose weights and parts with it so the volume is accurate, and keep the pile clear of the cart, mailboxes, parked cars and low limbs.
The black refuse cart and the blue recycling cart go to the curb by 6 a.m. on the service day, which runs Monday through Thursday by area of the city. Trash has to be bagged and tied inside the cart, recycling goes loose, clean and dry, the cart is limited to 336 pounds, and a cart that is too heavy or has items sticking out may be left unserviced.

City of Broken Arrow residential accounts under the rate schedule effective October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, with the fee added to the utility account within 60 days of the pickup.
