Book the unwanted bags and boxes left after packing. Choose an available pickup day before you hand back the keys, and arrange to have them outside.
You do not need a whole house of junk. Select the bags, boxes and larger items you actually have. Your combined price is shown online.
When the next collection does not fit your plans, choose a Dropcurb pickup day. Updates keep you informed, and completion photos show when the booked items are gone.

A few simple choices turn a mixed pile into a clear booking. No need to estimate how much of a truck it might fill.
Count each trash bag or filled household box. Books and media go by the box. Clothes, bedding and shoes go by the filled bag. Toys packed together have a Box of toys choice. Ask us about unusually heavy or oversized bags and boxes first.
Empty cardboard is a different choice: choose single empty boxes or tied bundles of 10 flattened boxes. Compacted bales have their own weight-based choices and require loading-dock access. A Storage bin choice covers the empty bin itself; ask us to confirm the contents if they are going too.
Add the actual larger item alongside your bags and boxes, such as a sofa, chair or mattress. It has its own price and preparation. Keep construction materials and items needing special handling out of ordinary household bags.

The hauler schedules a one-time pick-up when a household has bulky items, and states that a trip charge and fees apply. An extra bag can also go out on the route day: the collector notes it and the hauler bills it at the end of the month.
Furniture is priced by size at the county transfer site, and a household can also put a piece on the hauler's scheduled special pick-up. The county schedule lists small furniture and toilets at one rate per piece and large furniture at a higher rate per piece.
No city, county or hauler page retained here names a mattress or a box spring, and the county schedule prices furniture by size without stating whether a mattress falls in that category. The route is therefore a confirmation: the hauler's scheduled bulky pick-up, or the county transfer site once the attendant confirms how the piece is priced.
The county transfer site takes appliances with the rates published on its schedule: a refrigerator, a freezer or an air conditioner at one rate each and any other appliance at a lower rate each. The same schedule states that appliance fees are waived until further notice, which is why the amount in force is confirmed at the booth.
Tires are priced at the county transfer site by rim and by size, with a per ton rate once a load goes over twenty tires, and the hauler's transfer depot also accepts tires for a fee. Tires are not a curbside item.

Call the hauler before the item goes out. A special pick-up is a one-time collection with a trip charge and fees, and the amount is confirmed on the call. Extra bags do not need an appointment: put them on the ground next to the cart with three feet of clearance on the route day and the hauler bills them at the end of the month.
