Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

No rate is published for a treadmill or weight machine. Heiberg quotes oversized items by phone and asks for a call for a cost estimate, and Metro Central charges such a load under its garbage rate, so confirm the route before the machine is moved.

Get it ready

Heiberg is closed only on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. When either falls on a Thursday, the Maywood Park collection moves to the following day, and garbage is still collected on Thanksgiving. Snow, ice, heat or poor air quality can change the schedule, and the hauler posts updates.
Metro prices a load by minimum and then by weight, and it charges more for a load that is not covered. Separating recyclables, clean wood and clean yard debris from the rest of the load brings each category to its own lower published rate, and recycling material can earn a rebate.
