Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

Exercise equipment is not named in the county's bulky waste description, which says appliances, furniture and similar items, so a treadmill or weight machine has to be confirmed with the hauler before the pickup is arranged.
City cost & eligibility
No published list or price names an exercise machine. The bulky waste service runs from 5 to 40 dollars plus weight and special handling with an hourly fee for hard to reach items, so ask the franchised hauler whether a machine falls inside that service and what it would cost.

Get it ready
Take the machine down as far as it will come apart, keep the pieces accessible so the hourly fee for a hard to reach item does not apply, and remove the battery for separate handling.
Because Oak Grove is unincorporated, Clackamas County sets the fees and service standards for the franchised garbage and recycling companies and the county oversees those services for unincorporated addresses. The county reviews the seven parent companies that hold franchises each year, publishes cart sizes of 20, 35, 60 and 90 gallons, and assigns each address to a fee zone: urban, rural, distant rural or mountain. Weekly garbage and recycling collection is the standard, yard debris collection is offered only in select urban parts of the county and is collected weekly on the same day when it is available, and recycling and yard debris service come with the garbage service. Garbage and recycling are collected on every holiday except Christmas and New Year's Day, when the week shifts one day later and Friday customers are serviced on Saturday.

The county states that large appliances and furniture can be picked up even if the household is not a regular customer.
Arrange it
Call the franchised garbage and recycling company for a quote, tell it about any refrigerant or tires so the special fees are included, and arrange the pickup time.
The price is a published range rather than a per item rate, weight and handling can move it, and an item placed where crews cannot reach it adds an hourly charge.
