Extra garbage can be arranged as a pickup of the cart, or as extra bags, cans or boxes, and each extra item is billed on the next regular bill. The extra trash must be tightly bundled, bagged or boxed and may not weigh over 40 pounds, and it goes next to the regular can. Oregon City works inside a regional system.
