Pride's depot takes computer monitors, laptops, televisions, towers, keyboards, mice, printers, ink cartridges, cell phones and cameras at no charge, and the city routes residents to Oregon E-Cycles, which accepts up to seven computers, monitors, televisions and printers at a time free.

Residents dropping off the listed electronics at Pride's Recycling Depot on SW Tualatin Sherwood Rd, or taking seven or fewer computers including desktops, laptops and tablets, monitors, televisions or printers at a time to a participating Oregon E-Cycles site. Other types of electronics are outside the state programme.
When & how
Take the device to the depot, open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a lunch closure, or find the closest Oregon E-Cycles site with the Locate Now tool or on 888-769-0149. A large set can also go on a hauler bulky pickup.
Get it ready
Wipe personal data before the device leaves the house and keep it whole. Oregon bans computers, televisions, laptops and monitors from disposal as garbage, so nothing here belongs in the trash, the recycling cart or at the curb.
Bulky pickups are booked with the franchised hauler
Tigard has two franchised haulers with separate service areas, Pride Disposal and Waste Management, and the city lists bulky item collection, curbside schedules, temporary containers and drop boxes among the matters residents arrange directly with the company that collects their street. The city page links a service area lookup so a household can find which one serves the address.
Weekly garbage with glass and yard debris every other week
Waste Management collects garbage weekly or on call, recycling every week on the garbage day, and glass and yard debris every other week. Garbage and recycling run on all holidays except Christmas and New Year's Day, and a collection day that falls on or after either of those shifts one day later that week with Friday customers serviced on Saturday.
The depot closes over lunch and now charges for glass
Pride's Recycling Depot opens Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closes for the lunch hour, so a trip timed for midday will miss it. Glass bottles and jars carry a five dollar drop-off charge from June 1, 2026, while mattresses, box springs, electronics and the listed appliances are free.
Metro charges a minimum for a self-haul load up to 240 pounds and then a proportion of the per-ton fee, with a transaction fee at the scale. Separating the material and covering the load lowers the rate, and material left behind at the site is the customer's responsibility with possible fines.

Cost & conditions
No bulky item price is published. The city treats bulky collection as a hauler service and Pride states that address specific rates come from its office, so call the hauler that serves the street for the figure.

Call Pride Disposal on 503-625-6177 or Waste Management on 800-808-5901, whichever serves the address, and book the pickup. The Waste Management page also carries an online form for a special pickup and its line answers from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Every hauler sets its own price, so the same couch can cost different amounts on different streets in the same city. Hazardous material never goes in the pile, and the pickup has to be booked rather than simply set out on the ordinary collection day.
