Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Exercise equipment is not named by the city or by either hauler, but Pride's Recycling Depot lists a treadmill free on its no charge list, so a treadmill can be dropped at the depot. Any other machine is bulky material that a hauler can usually collect, and the hauler lists name a couch, mattress, fridge, washing machine, lawnmower, furniture, television, tire, toilet, recliner and water heater instead.

Get it ready
Break the machine down as far as it comes apart and remove or tape any battery pack, and describe the weight when you book, because the price depends on the item. Keep it out of the cart and off the curb until the pickup is arranged.
Bulky pickups are booked with the franchised hauler
Tigard has two franchised haulers with separate service areas, Pride Disposal and Waste Management, and the city lists bulky item collection, curbside schedules, temporary containers and drop boxes among the matters residents arrange directly with the company that collects their street. The city page links a service area lookup so a household can find which one serves the address.
Metro charges a minimum for a self-haul load up to 240 pounds and then a proportion of the per-ton fee, with a transaction fee at the scale. Separating the material and covering the load lowers the rate, and material left behind at the site is the customer's responsibility with possible fines.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

No bulky item price is published. The city treats bulky collection as a hauler service and Pride states that address specific rates come from its office, so call the hauler that serves the street for the figure.

Every hauler sets its own price, so the same couch can cost different amounts on different streets in the same city. Hazardous material never goes in the pile, and the pickup has to be booked rather than simply set out on the ordinary collection day.
