Flammable liquids, solids or gases such as gasoline, benzene or alcohol, pathogenic and radioactive waste, hazardous or injurious material, construction waste, hot materials such as ashes, unbagged human or animal waste, infectious waste and discarded sharps are all prohibited in city containers and cannot be placed in the bulk pile.
