City cost & eligibility
$20.98 for monthly residential cart service. For an eligible residential curbside account; weekly bulky service remains subject to the item and volume limits. This is a monthly service rate, not a per-item price.
When & how
Use your assigned weekly collection day; confirm the address and any holiday change with Republic Services at 817-317-2000.
Get it ready
Give Republic the size, weight and condition of each piece and ask about wrapping or other preparation.
Keep the weekly bulk load within two cubic yards and each item under 50 pounds. Set out no earlier than 7pm the previous evening and by 7am on collection day, at least three feet from carts and obstructions. Remove excess material within 24 hours if uncollected.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

Cost & conditions
Published excess-bulk rates are $20.86 per cubic yard for less than 5 cubic yards and $178.77 per hour for more than 5 cubic yards. Ask for the total, including the exact 5-cubic-yard case. Loads over 15 cubic yards require a roll-off container.

Nonhazardous household mattresses and box springs; confirm any contamination before hauling.
Secure and cover the load; no liquids, paint, chemicals or batteries. Minors must remain in vehicles. A neon safety vest and hard hat are required when unloading in the working area; high-visibility wear is encouraged at the convenience center. The homeowner visit benefit requires permanent Arlington residency, a matching water account and valid Texas ID, or a resident authorized user. Passenger vehicles and trailers up to 16 feet qualify; contractors, landlords, other multiple-property owners, apartment tenants, unauthorized users and larger vehicles pay standard rates.

Eligible homeowners receive three visits per calendar year at no charge. Thereafter, posted Arlington resident rates are $21 per load for the under-8-foot vehicle/trailer category or $41 per ton with a one-ton minimum for the 8-feet-or-longer category. Can you pick up my old mattress when my new one arrives?+
You can choose an offered pickup day around your replacement delivery. First check whether the retailer already includes old-mattress removal, and arrange who will bring it outside if needed. Can I put a mattress and box spring out together?+
