Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Break the machine down as far as it comes apart, take off the loose weights and the console, and keep it out of the garbage container and away from storm drains while it waits.
Brush and debris collection covers all city residential garbage accounts and the operation is split into four service areas, each serviced once a month. Crews start in the northwest on the first full week of the month and move counterclockwise, staying on an area into the following week if delays occur, and the brush page publishes the area being serviced with the crew locations. Brush goes in a separate pile from debris, and improper placement can bring a door hanger.
