Choose the right items

One computer setup can be several items.

A separate monitor and tower count separately. Small devices and cables have their own box option. Choose what is actually leaving so your price matches the pickup.

Monitor, desktop or laptop.

Choose Computer monitor for each separate display. Desktop computer covers one tower or one all-in-one computer. A laptop is its own item. Add only the devices going.

Printer or office copier.

A printer with a built-in scanner belongs under Printer. A floor-standing copy machine belongs under Office copier. The shape matters more than the brand.

A box of smaller electronics.

Use Box of electronics for small devices, cables and chargers together in one box. For a large or heavy box, unusual contents or separate batteries, send a photo and confirm the fit before booking.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

La Porte households put bagged household garbage out twice a week on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday, with no bag over 40 pounds, and everything else goes on the heavy trash pile by 7 a.m. on the first scheduled day for the zone, inside the 10 cubic yard limit and no earlier than five days before. C St., brush and yard waste can be dropped at Public Works at 2963 N 23rd Street after signing in, and the city household hazardous waste event takes materials such as large tires, appliances, flammables and gas cylinders that the center refuses.
