When & how
Place the furniture in the bulky pile separate from the brush on the Friday to Sunday before your collection week, out by 6 a.m. on the service day.
Get it ready
Keep the pile to household material only, because the city collects nothing that did not come from the home, and keep the container lid shut with no extra bags beside it. Bag loose pieces so nothing blows into the street.
Mission collects brush once a month and bulky items on the same route, and the city asks for bulky items to be placed in a separate pile from the brush. Brush means tree limbs and shrubbery no longer than ten feet and no more than eight inches in diameter, plus bagged leaves and lawn trimmings, while the bulky pile carries furniture, mattresses, appliances without Freon and other items too large for the container.

Brush can be dropped free at the city site on South Conway with proof of residency, and landscapers and contractors are excluded from that site.

Book by 2pm in the pickup address’s local time for same-day pickup. Available dates appear at checkout. Have the couch outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We send pickup updates and photos when it is done; the booking is for a day rather than an exact arrival time.
How do I book a sectional for removal?+
Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
