Every two weeks on the assigned Frontier service week, or on the city heavy trash Wednesday in the first and third or second and fourth weeks for a city serviced address, before 7 a.m.
Get it ready
Keep the piece at the curb with about three feet of clearance and make sure it came from normal residential use, because the bulk service refuses anything a commercial contractor or service provider generated. Items such as clothing, carpet and textiles are refused in the recycling cart, so keep them with the bulk pile instead.

Frontier collects bulk and brush every two weeks on the assigned service week, and city serviced addresses use heavy trash on the Wednesday of the first and third or second and fourth weeks. A pile larger than a standard garbage truck is out by Monday at 7 a.m. in the scheduled week and collected through that week.

Pasadena households can haul their own residential load to the municipal landfill at 550 Old Genoa-Red Bluff Road in Houston, which takes one load of up to two cubic yards a month free for a resident who brings a valid Texas driver licence and a current original Pasadena water bill with a matching address, no copies, with the load no higher than the top of a pickup truck frame and covered by a tarp, because an uncovered load costs ten dollars more. Anything over two cubic yards starts at a 140 dollar minimum charge, commercial refuse is not allowed under the residential allowance, the privilege expires 20 days from the water bill due date, and access requires an OSHA hard hat and safety vest that can be bought at the landfill.
