The free allowance excludes mattresses and any remodeling, demolition, building or roofing material, and anything over a pickup load. Every load must be fully covered and tarped or a fee is assessed, a safety vest must be worn on site and can be bought at the scale house, identification showing where the waste was generated is required, and payment is by check or credit card with Visa, MasterCard and Discover named.
