Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and remodeling debris

Special rules apply

There is no curbside construction collection in Lehi. Construction and demolition waste is taken to North Pointe, either at the transfer station in Lindon or at the district construction and demolition landfill in Fairfield.

City cost & eligibility
From $37 for the district construction and demolition rate of $37.00 per ton at the Lindon transfer station, with the Fairfield construction and demolition landfill at $11.00 per ton plus a state tonnage tax and a $9.00 minimum load fee. Households hauling the material themselves, with identification required at the transfer station.
When & how
Take the load to the transfer station in Lindon, open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or to the construction and demolition landfill in Fairfield, open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Get it ready
Keep construction material separate from household garbage so it is billed at the construction rate, cover the load to avoid the doubled unsecured load charge, and keep the load free of liquids, hazardous material and tires over 24 inch rims, which have their own rules.

What the rental dumpster refuses

Gas tanks, tires, batteries, motor oils, paint, solvents, refrigerators, rocks, dirt, concrete, liquids, air conditioners, fluorescent lights and electronics are not allowed in the City rental dumpster, and the dumpster has to sit on the applicant's property rather than in the street.

Lehi City residential collection through Waste Management with disposal at the North Pointe Solid Waste transfer station

Annual dump pass to North Pointe

Households with a larger than normal amount of garbage, furniture or other household material to haul away.

Cost & conditions
No charge. A household that pays garbage fees to Lehi City is entitled to one dump pass a year from the Information Center, with three punches at the North Pointe Solid Waste landfill. Each punch covers up to 499 pounds, and an over-weight load is punched accordingly.
Arrange it
Pick the pass up at the Lehi City Information Center, then take the load to the North Pointe transfer station in Lindon, open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the load covered and identification ready.

The pass carries three punches rather than unlimited disposal, and any load above a punch is handled at the district's published rates. Material that the district prohibits or charges separately, such as refrigerant appliances or tires, still follows its own fee.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Lehi sends household loads to the North Pointe Solid Waste transfer station at 2000 W 200 S in Lindon, open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Lehi is a participating city, so mixed waste runs on the lower rate band, and identification is required at the gate. Every load is weighed, so covering it matters because the district charges double under state law for a non-covered or unsecured load. Alongside mixed waste the station takes mattresses, appliances with a refrigerant extraction fee, electronics, plant material, clean concrete, construction debris and tires at their own rates, and it accepts limited household hazardous waste such as paint up to 10 gallons, household chemicals up to 3 gallons and batteries at no charge. Lehi households that pay the City garbage fee also get one annual dump pass with three punches of up to 499 pounds each and can rent the City's oversize dumpster for five days. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Lehi.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Lehi?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Lehi?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Can construction debris go to the Lehi curb?

No. The City publishes no curbside construction collection. Construction and demolition waste goes to the North Pointe transfer station in Lindon at the published per ton rate, or to the district construction and demolition landfill in Fairfield.Official guidance
