Get it ready
Separate bulky furniture from metal and electronics. Check the six-foot length limit and two-cubic-yard allowance before requesting a large sofa or mattress.
For county special pickup, use the curb or street line with 20 feet of clearance above and on all sides. Keep items away from wires and branches and separate each material type. Have the approved pile out by 6am.

Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
Can a couch or mattress go with regular trash?+
