Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and demolition material

Special rules apply

Construction and demolition material is refused in the curbside cleanup and travels to the transfer station as tonnage instead.

City cost & eligibility
From $129.51 per ton for trash at the University Transfer Station, with a $20.32 minimum and the 3.6 per cent Washington State refuse tax added, while green waste is charged at $72.85 per ton with a $13.75 minimum. Any member of the public, because the transfer station is open to everyone and not only to Spokane Valley residents.
When & how
Take the load to 2405 N. University Rd. seven days a week between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., and keep it off the curbside pile because construction and demolition material is refused in the cleanup.
Get it ready
Secure the load, because the city asks residents to cover and tie their loads for the transfer station. Keep liquids, automotive fluids and hazardous products out of the load and take them through the household hazardous waste stream instead.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Spokane Valley.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Spokane Valley?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Spokane Valley?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Will the cleanup take construction debris?

No. Construction and demolition material, concrete, asphalt, drywall, masonry, roofing, siding, insulation, structural metal, sand, rocks, dirt and vinyl flooring are all on the prohibited list for the Annual Curbside Cleanup, so a scheduled pickup containing them is rejected. The route for that material is the University Transfer Station on North University Road, which takes construction and demolition waste as trash at its published ton rate with a minimum charge.Official guidance

Can I take my own load to the transfer station?

Yes. The University Transfer Station at 2405 N. University Rd. is open to the general public, not only to Spokane Valley residents, seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Trash is charged by the ton with a minimum, green waste has its own lower rate, recycling and household hazardous waste are free, and payment is cash or credit card only.Official guidance
