Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

  1. Arrange the removal work

Have the fixture safely detached and any plumbing or electrical connections handled by an appropriate professional. We do not remove installed fixtures or perform demolition.

  2. Keep the booked items separate

Have the fixtures empty and ready at ground level. Keep them apart from rubble, loose renovation materials, tools and anything you want to keep.

  3. Show the outdoor handoff

Use a permitted outdoor spot with a clear path. Add a location photo and notes on your order page so the right entrance and the right items are easy to identify.

Construction and demolition debris

Not on the regular city route

Construction and demolition debris is not bulky waste and is refused in the garbage cart, so it has to go to a transfer station or landfill instead of the curb.

City cost & eligibility
The City and its contracted hauler both state that construction and demolition debris is not collected, and the hauler's bulky terms name toilets, boards, plywood and cabinets as items that are not bulky waste. The county states that building materials, including anything manufactured to be installed in a building, must be disposed of at a transfer station or landfill, so the material moves through a paid self haul route rather than a collection.
When & how
Nothing from a project goes out with the weekly cart or the monthly bulky pickup, so arrange the load with a transfer station or landfill before the work starts.
Get it ready
Keep boards, plywood, drywall, shingles, tile, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and demolition material out of the garbage cart and off the bulky pile, because both routes refuse them.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Rogers.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Rogers?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Rogers?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Will Rogers pick up construction debris?

No. The hauler states that construction and demolition debris such as toilets, boards, plywood and cabinets is not bulky waste and will not be picked up, the City lists construction material as a reason a cart is refused, and the county sends building materials to a transfer station or landfill.Official guidance

Each customer gets a 96 or 64 gallon garbage cart and a recycling cart, the carts stay with the hauler, and service billing is included with the Rogers Water Utility statement.Official guidance

Who do I call about a missed pickup or an item question?

Call GFL at 479-878-1384. A collection missed through no fault of the customer gets a special collection within 36 hours of the hauler being told, so call the following morning, or Saturday morning after a Friday miss. The Benton County Environmental Division at 479-271-1083 answers item questions too, and City Hall is at 479-621-1117.Official guidance

What happens to collection on holidays?

Where does yard waste go?

Yard waste is refused in the garbage cart and on the bulky pile. Households inside the city limits may drop allowed yard waste at the Yard Waste Facility at no charge with government issued photo identification, and curbside pickup uses purchased paper bags scheduled with GFL at 479-878-1384.
