Anything in a bag is treated as household trash and is not collected with bulky waste. Wrap mattresses in plastic, cut carpet and padding into 4 by 4 sections, and keep refused items such as televisions, refrigerators, tires and construction debris off the pile entirely.

Deliver the material yourself to 2307 N Arkansas St on Tuesday through Friday or the second or fourth Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., closed 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and bring help because staff cannot unload for you.

Material generated by the delivering Benton County household only, delivered by a member of the household with government issued photo identification, and staff cannot help unload. No household trash, no building materials of any kind, no yard waste, brush or leaves, no hot tubs, no commercial vehicle loads and nothing from rental properties, farms, churches, schools, non-profits, businesses or agencies. What happens to collection on holidays?+
There is no trash service on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day, and pickup for the rest of that week runs one day later than usual. Extra trash is allowed on the pickup date following the Christmas holiday.Official guidance
Where does yard waste go?+
Yard waste is refused in the garbage cart and on the bulky pile. Households inside the city limits may drop allowed yard waste at the Yard Waste Facility at no charge with government issued photo identification, and curbside pickup uses purchased paper bags scheduled with GFL at 479-878-1384.
