Eligible items must be available by 6 a.m. on the first day of your designated October or November week, and the city collects them one time only. Items placed out more than a week early create a hazard and may be referred to Code Enforcement.

Place the pile where the trash and recycling bins are normally serviced, keep it orderly, and never block sidewalks, streets, rights of way, alleys, hydrants or water meters. Bag lawn and clippings, tie branches into piles no longer than four feet that two people can lift, and keep construction material and mixed loads out of the pile.
