Check the couch before requesting pickup
Review the local ReStore’s condition rules first. Greater Albuquerque requires furniture without pet damage, stains, rips or excessive wear. Twin Cities requires clean, working, complete goods and asks for couch photos. A sleeper sofa or reclining sofa is not accepted by Twin Cities ReStore, so identify those features before requesting pickup.

Where Dropcurb fits
Dropcurb is a fit for an accepted straight sofa or loveseat, including one that was refused for donation, when you can move it to an accessible outdoor location before pickup. For accepted leftovers already outside, Dropcurb handles loading, transport and disposal. Its standard sofa scope excludes pull-out beds and reclining mechanisms; if you need indoor carry-out, use a service that includes that labor.
