Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction waste is not accepted in the trash cart and the City publishes no curbside route for it, so a project load moves through a hauler container.
City cost & eligibility
The hauler lists construction waste among the materials that are not acceptable in the trash container, and the City's free curbside program covers only furniture, appliances, electronic waste, tree branches, clothing and scrap wood. The hauler sells roll-off dumpster rental, construction waste disposal and its Bagster bag as separate services, and no residential price for them appears in the material reviewed, so the route is a container arranged with the hauler rather than a household collection.
When & how
Order the container before the work starts and confirm the pull when it is full, rather than putting material out for a household collection.
Get it ready
Keep boards, drywall, tile, roofing material, concrete and demolition debris out of the three carts and off the bulky pile, and secure any load that is hauled. Paint, solvents and other chemicals go to the Antelope Valley collection center rather than into a container.
Paint, oil, batteries and other household hazardous material cannot go in the carts or on a bulky pile. Take them to the Antelope Valley Environmental Collection Center at 1200 West City Ranch Road in Palmdale on the first or third Saturday of the month between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., where Lancaster and Los Angeles County residents drop household hazardous and electronic waste free of charge within a per trip limit.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

WM sells roll-off dumpster rental, construction and demolition waste disposal and its Bagster bag as separate paid services, and neither the City nor the hauler publishes a residential price in the material reviewed, so confirm the container, the tonnage and the rate before ordering.
Arrange it
Contact WM to arrange the container, and confirm placement and pull timing before it is dropped. A homeowner doing a small bag-based cleanout can also buy a Bagster bag at a retailer and schedule the collection separately.
The box is for construction and demolition material rather than household hazardous waste, and anything that needs a permit to sit on a public street has to be cleared before delivery.
Free household hazardous and electronic waste drop-off
Antelope Valley Environmental Collection Center
1200 West City Ranch Road, Palmdale, CA 93551
Household hazardous waste and electronic waste from Antelope Valley and Los Angeles County residents, such as paint, solvents, chemicals, computers, monitors, batteries, cell phones and fluorescent lights.
Open to residents, not to business waste. Los Angeles County limits a household hazardous waste trip to 15 gallons or 125 pounds, and the county asks residents to pack the material in cardboard boxes, keep products in their original containers, and leave the boxes behind at the site. Households may also take up to five free items a week from the reuse center at the same address.
First and third Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Los Angeles County lists the center as closed on July 4 and September 5, 2026.
No charge. Free for Antelope Valley and Los Angeles County residents. The City describes the center as giving all Antelope Valley residents a way to drop off household hazardous and electronic waste for free, and the county lists it among the permanent centers where county residents dispose of household hazardous and electronic waste free of charge.

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Lancaster?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.
Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?+

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

A Lancaster residential account in good standing gets two visits a year at no charge to the Lancaster Landfill & Recycling Center at 600 E. Ave. F. Can I pick up free paint or household products?+
Yes. Los Angeles County runs a reuse center at the Antelope Valley Environmental Collection Center where residents pick up unused or partly used products dropped off there, including household cleaners, lawn and garden care and paint, free of charge, with up to five items a week per household.
