The same customer may also use two haul-it-yourself vouchers a calendar year, each covering one truck or trailer load no larger than four feet by four feet by eight feet taken to the provider's transfer station, with the voucher held at the station and valid for seven days. Multi-family residents arrange both through the property manager.
The acceptable list covers air conditioners, doors and ladders, exercise equipment and bicycles, plastic or fake Christmas trees, large appliances with all doors removed, mattresses, couches and chairs, patio furniture and barbecues with the propane tank removed, tables and desks, toilets, sinks, tubs and hot tubs, and water heaters and water softeners. The unacceptable list covers concrete and asphalt, construction and demolition debris, wood and yard waste, dead animals, hazardous waste, chemicals and toxic materials, household garbage, business items, liquids, paints and solvents, plate glass, televisions and computer monitors, and tires and automobile parts.

Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
