A single family household may book two bulky item pickups each calendar year and put the load in the street against the curb by appointment, or take two haul-it-yourself vouchers a year to the provider's transfer station with a load no bigger than four by four by eight feet. Mattresses, couches, chairs, large appliances and exercise equipment are all on the acceptable list, while televisions, computer monitors, construction debris and liquids are refused.
