For Orange County residents only, with proof of residence possibly requested, and no waste from businesses, churches, schools, nonprofit organizations or government agencies. Business generated waste, biological waste, radioactive waste, ammunition, compressed gas cylinders, explosives, asbestos, flares and pressure-treated wood are refused. A vehicle may carry no more than 15 gallons or 125 pounds per trip, no container may be larger than five gallons, containers are not returned except oil containers on request, materials must be in original containers except motor oil, fuels and antifreeze, every container must be lidded, sturdy, non-leaking and labeled, and oil-based paint must not be mixed with latex paint.
