Get it ready
Put small electronic items in a discardable box or bag for the clean-up collection, keep the device out of the garbage, recycling and organics carts, and bring Alameda County identification to a county facility.

Dirt, rocks, construction and demolition debris, abandoned automobiles, tires, items over 150 pounds and household hazardous waste are not accepted in the clean-up program or in any collection container.
