The pickup runs from the list you give when you call
A bulky pickup is scheduled by calling Recology at 707.552.3110 with a detailed list of what will be placed near the curb, and items have to be added or removed by calling in advance. If the crew finds more than the list, the hauler may decline the pickup, use an additional free pickup, or charge for an extra collection, so the list decides what leaves.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
A single-family household with furniture, a mattress, an appliance, electronic waste or another large item that will not fit in the carts.
Cost & conditions
No charge. Four free curbside pickups a year for single-family residents, each covering two cubic yards plus three large items under 100 pounds. Multi-family complexes get one free pickup a year through the property manager, and commercial accounts pay a fee.

Car parts, construction and demolition debris, liquids, tires, yard trimmings and hazardous waste are refused, refrigerator doors must be removed, and a Freon removal charge applies to refrigerant units.

Vallejo residents only for the hazardous items, the resident must be able to unload what they bring, and only the listed categories are taken at this site, so other hazardous products go to the Napa-Vallejo facility. Sharps have to arrive in an approved biohazard container.

Data erasure and certified data destruction are not included in Dropcurb removal. Back up the information you need, then follow the manufacturer’s sign-out and reset instructions before pickup. If a device cannot be erased or contains sensitive business information, arrange suitable data handling before giving it away.
